All Orders will be delivered using the service as detailed at time of ordering. NimraMehreen has the right to fluctuate any prices in relation with its costs for shipping but the cost of delivery will always be notified to you prior to completion of your order.

Please be reminded that deliveries are 3-5 working days after dispatch and not from the time of order. Shipping confirmation emails are sent 24 hours before dispatch. If you have any queries regarding your order, please contact us and we will be happy to look into this for you. We give all order related questions high priority.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

Charges of Rs. 300 shall apply on all domestic orders within Pakistan.

For customers with UK shipping address, USD 25 shall be charged on purchase of first product and USD 5 on purchase of each additional product.

For customers with US and rest of the world shipping address, USD 30 shall be charged on purchase of first product and USD 5 on purchase of each additional product.

The worldwide shipping charges for Formals are USD 50 on purchase of first product and USD 25 on purchase of each additional product.

Shipping charges of USD 150 shall apply on all bridal orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the customized nature of our products we do not offer any refunds or returns. However, if there is a defect, mistake or quality issue in the product shipped to you, we will consider replacing it at management discretion. An order maybe considered eligible for size exchange (if incorrect size is delivered) only if notified in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

I TRIED PLACING ORDER USING MY CREDIT CARD BUT IT ISN'T WORKING. CAN YOU HELP ME PLACE AN ORDER?

I TRIED PLACING MY ORDER USING MY DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING BUT THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MONEY DEDUCTED FROM THE CARD?

Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

If your bank informs you otherwise, please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account, we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you.

In case your order is not successful and www.nidaazwer.com has been deducted from your account money has been credited to our account we would proactively initiate refund within 7 days.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Your order status is updated to you via emails/sms at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you a sms with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old sms- for the status of your order, if you don’t see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order you would receive a special update from our end.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care +92-308-6225134 as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In case of prepaid orders refunds will be processed as per our Return policies.

Any www.nimramehreen.com Credits used in the purchase of the Order will be credited back to your account. For certain product categories such as Formal and Bridal once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled. This is also indicated on the individual product pages. In rare cases when we are unable to deliver the product in spite of repeated attempts at the shipping address, an amount of Rs. 1000 would be charged on the refund amount.

 

I GOT A CONFIRMATION CALL FOR MY ORDER. WHY IS THAT?

You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn’t any change with your order.

CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER FOR AN ITEM(S)?

I AM PLACING AN ORDER AS A GIFT TO MY LOVED ONE. WILL SHE RECEIVE THE PRICE TAGS AND INVOICE?

Yes. Because of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be returned if your loved one faces any problem with it.

HOW DO I DO A TRIAL OF THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED?

We encourage you try the items you bought, however please ensure the product is left in a re- saleable condition after the trial with original tags, unwashed, undamaged and with the original packing.
