The label is spearheaded by two talented women; Indus Valley graduate (in Textile Design) Nimra Tanveer with a knack for fashion design along with her sister Mehreen Tanveer who is not only a business powerhouse but also flaunts a natural flair for simplicity in design.
Their motto is to create chic timeless pieces which can be worn confidently throughout the seasons and years, and their USP is value for money. When two creative minds get to work, the culmination is innovation and perfection; together, the sibling duo brings you the best of the best. INFORMATION
All Orders will be delivered using the service as detailed at time of ordering. Nimra Mehreen has the right to fluctuate any prices in relation with its costs for shipping but the cost of delivery will always be notified to you prior to completion of your order.
Please be reminded that deliveries are 3-5 working days after dispatch and not from the time of order. Shipping confirmation emails are sent 24 hours before dispatch. If you have any queries regarding your order, please contact us and we will be happy to look into this for you. We give all order related questions high priority.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
LOCAL DELIVERY(PAKISTAN)
Charges of Rs. 750 shall be charged on purchase of first product and Rs.300 on each additional Kg.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (WORLD WIDE)
All international deliveries will be charge per Kg depending on the the weight and the country.
EXCHANGE POLICY
An exchange will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, and only in the event the purchased goods is unused and undamaged by the customer. All lawn sales, and custom orders are non-exchangeable.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Nimra Mehreen we are committed to providing the highest quality workmanship. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions.
We only offer a “Conditional Exchange” if you find the product faulty. If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the workmanship, you must get back to us within 48 hours of receipt. After you generate a query, our Quality Assurance Department will investigate the issue and get back to you.
After reviewing the case, we may offer you an exchange for a product for equal or higher value. Moreover, customized orders or orders where a discount has been given are not eligible for a return, refund, or chargeback..
We follow a confidential order and shipping procedure in which your personal data is solely used for a secured and straightforward order and shipping process. In addition to this, your personal data is treated with absolute confidentiality.
We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fulfill your order, and may be used for internal analytical purposes. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
The company shall not be liable for any unforeseeable failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement arising out of or caused, directly or indirectly, by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God.
PASSWORD & SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.
DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE
We have made and continue to make every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won’t cause damage to your computer. It is your own responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

1. International customers can make payment through bank transfer. The order that you place is kept on hold for 36 hours after you receive a confirmation email / call from us about the order and payment details. If you plan to make payment after 36 hours of receiving the confirmation, please confirm it with us if the products that you have ordered are still in stock.
2. Nimra Mehreen takes no guarantee of the products availability that you had ordered, if you are making the payment after the given timeframe. Though our efforts will be to process your initial order, but if any of the ordered products is out of stock you will be offered to choose any other product/design/color (within the same price range). We will not be held responsible if there are delays in delivery due to out of stock products.
3. If we get no confirmation from the customer, the order might be cancelled without any notification.
4. The International order is processed only after the international customer makes the payment.

The garments sold at nimramehreen.com are hand made/crafted in the finest traditions of Pakistani textile crafts. Irregularities in weave, block print or embroidery are a characteristic of the process and beyond our control. At times actual outfit may be little different in design than displayed on the website as they are hand made, hence beyond our control.
All workmanship, beads, zardozi are not real. For any real workmanship such as real gold, real silver, diamonds, swarovski, etc. unless specified REAL under the product description, they are artificial. Customer would purchase the product/dress from nimramehreen.com under the full understanding that the workmanship, beads, metal is artificial unless clearly written under the product description (REAL).
